Midtown Promenade

The Location

The property sits at 931 Monroe Drive NE in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia, and borders the Atlanta Beltline, a 22-mile urban redevelopment and multi-use trail system that repurposes historic railway corridors to encircle Atlanta's core. The flight included a pass over the Beltline to connect the shopping center to one of the city's best-known recreational corridors. The Beltline draws a steady flow of walkers and cyclists, which makes it a natural feature to include in a video meant to show off the surrounding area.

About the Project

Midtown Promenade is a shopping and entertainment center at 931 Monroe Drive NE in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia. Asana Partners wanted to showcase the property online as one of their premier projects, so we flew FPV through the site to capture its renovations and upgrades. The flight included a pass over the Atlanta Beltline, which borders the property. FPV footage like this lets a viewer move through a property the way a visitor would, rather than watching a series of separate shots.

Why They Needed It

Asana Partners wanted to showcase Midtown Promenade online as one of their premier projects. They wanted an FPV flight to highlight the renovations and upgrades made to the shopping center, similar to the Krog Street District video. A video like this gives a property owner a way to market a renovated space to prospective tenants and shoppers without them having to visit in person.
