The Challenge
NOVA Engineering needed an on-site inspection of the Pinnacle Building on a tight deadline. The traditional inspection method would have taken too long to meet the project's schedule, so they needed a faster way to get clarity on the building's condition.

How We Flew It
We planned a general fly-over of the building and the surrounding area, capturing over 750 photos to build a complete 3D model of the Pinnacle. This approach let us cover all 22 stories quickly, giving NOVA Engineering and JLL a result ahead of their deadline without setting up ropes, lifts or scaffolding.
The tricky part was the lower elevation on the north side of the building, where tall trees along the sidewalk blocked a clean aerial view. We captured additional photos from the ground on that side to make sure the 3D model rendered correctly for the full building.
