The Location
Avenue East Cobb is located in Marietta, Georgia. The area is known for its shopping and dining destinations, drawing visitors from across the region. A retail space in a location like this benefits from footage that captures both the property and its surrounding energy, helping it stand out to shoppers and prospective tenants alike.
About the Project
Avenue East Cobb is a newly renovated retail space in Marietta, Georgia, owned by Jamestown, formerly North American Properties. We captured FPV footage of the property to show off its updated look. FPV flying lets us move through a space quickly and smoothly, giving viewers a dynamic, up-close look that standard drone footage cannot capture. This kind of footage works well for showing off a freshly renovated retail space online.
Why They Needed It
Jamestown, formerly North American Properties, wanted FPV footage of Avenue East Cobb to help promote the opening of the newly renovated retail space as part of their social media campaigns, alongside their other marketing efforts. Engaging, high-energy footage like this helps a retail property stand out on social media, where attention spans are short and scrolling is fast. They also wanted it for archival purposes, to show future prospects the kind of work they have done on past properties.
What We Delivered
- Aerial footage of the building and surrounding area
- Social media cuts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- A full video for in-house marketing and archival use
