AMLI Decatur

01

The Challenge

AMLI Residential had just opened a new apartment community in Decatur in 2022 and wanted to create awareness for it. They needed aerial and ground footage of the building, the area, and its amenities for a social media campaign, along with a full video for their own in-house marketing and archival use.

How We Flew It

We flew the DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine over AMLI Decatur to capture aerial footage of the building and the surrounding area. We then shot ground footage with the Panasonic GH6 on the DJI Ronin RS2 of the property and its amenities to round out the coverage. There was nothing tricky about this shoot, which let us focus on gathering a wide range of footage to work with in post-processing.

From that footage we produced a full video for AMLI Residential's in-house marketing and archival use, along with shorter cuts optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Covering both the aerial and ground perspectives in one shoot gave AMLI a complete picture of the property and its surroundings, which prospective tenants can see on social media before they ever visit in person.
