T3 West Midtown

The Challenge

Hines Properties needed a way for out-of-town prospects to experience T3 West Midtown's office spaces and rooftop without a trip to Atlanta. The leasing team wanted one video a broker could send that did the walk-through for them.

How We Flew It

We planned one continuous FPV flight that starts on the street, moves through the front doors, across the lounge, and up to the rooftop, so a viewer feels the same path a visitor would walk. We staged at least two takes for every phase of the shoot, working around a tight schedule with staff members who stood in as actors and actresses in each area of the building.

Keeping a strong signal between the goggles and the drone was a constant challenge throughout the flight. We also didn't have enough people to staff all three phases of the building at once, so the building's spaces had to be covered in stages rather than in one single take.
